If you’re exhibiting at Ludlow Food Festival, you get food, and you understand that and farming are going to change enormously in the next 20 years. We think information, communication and collaboration are vital to making sure we’re ready for that. Which is why Sustaination is our best shot at creating a resilient, sustainable food system which delivers public and environmental health - at the same time as helping businesses save money and increase efficiency.

We use technology to rebalance things in favour of small food businesses. We help you find new trade partners, relocalise , and access real-time opportunities. We help map food webs in a way that visualises regional food networks, allowing businesses to find each other, talk, and trade.

And we want to work with you.

We’ll create a group for exhibitors at Ludlow, so that visitors know who you are, where you are, what’s available and how they can get it. By creating a profile and starting to map your food web, showing which businesses you connect with and where you trade to, you can stay in touch with consumers you meet at the weekend, as well as finding new ones. And you’ll be able to showcase what makes your produce special.

Exhibitor Bursary

We award exhibitors bursaries each year to smaller business who simply cannot manage to produce enough or are worried about making the move into the castle.
